Missouri Voters Pass Prop B, Banning Puppy Mills

In November, Missouri voters passed Prop B, a.k.a. the Puppy Mill Cruelty Prevention Act, which bans puppy mills and establishes humane treatment standards for other breeders. Some Missouri lawmakers are hoping to repeal the measure in 2011.
