Most tweens and teens have gone gaga over vampire romance, and some of us adults too.
It's understandable, really.
After all, who wouldn't fall in love with a drop-dead gorgeous vampire like Edward Cullen? With the enormous popularity of this vampire/human romance saga more and more teenagers want to create Twilight-theme parties for birthdays, Halloween or just any "I-feel-like-wanting-to-throw-a-party" occasion.
In November, it will make a great movie release party idea for New Moon.
So how do you make a successful Twilight bash? It's easy.
Start with theme colors- should be dark and bright just like the book covers, black and red would make the perfect color combination.
Everything in the party should have these colors- table cloths, balloons, invitation cards, banners, decorations and costumes.
Put some deliciously red apples on the table.
You can put them in one big bowl or set them on top of each plate.
Downloading some songs from the Twilight soundtrack such as the "Super Massive Black Hole" or "Bella's Lullaby" would set a perfect yet fun atmosphere.
Wear vampire teeth and vampire makeup- you can even buy disposable contact lens in red shades to enhance your look! In Stephenie's books the vampires don't have fangs, but you can use them anyway...

If you can get hold on some Bella and Edward posters it would be a great addition to the theme.
If you have posters with Alice, Jasper, Carlisle, Esme, Emmet or Rosalie.
If you can't find one, any vampire poster will do.
Games! No party is complete without games, even vampires like games! Trivia or a quiz based on the books, movies or the Cullens and Bella would do well in any party.
You can also buy the Twilight board game which is available in most online and offline stores.
If your teens are into chess you can set up the vampire vs werewolves chess set.
These Twilight-theme party ideas will surely make you the envy of die-hard fans of the series.
If you are creative enough, you can also come up with more ideas for your party.
So as long as it's fun, harmless and enjoyable for everyone, by all means do it.
Having a party based on Edward Cullen and Bella Swan is a cool and hip way of celebrating a special occasion, one that you will always remember.
