So it is tempting to trust an ad for a product that promises to make it easy! Who wouldn't want to swallow a pill or do a light workout while reading or watching TV and wake up with six pack abs the next day? The reality though, is that these are just gimmicks and they don't work.
After billions of dollars have been spent in the fitness industry and millions have been disappointed, the truth about getting rid of loose stomach fat and getting six pack abs was really no magic secret after all! It all boils down to attitude, nutrition and exercise.

Attitude - You mental frame of mind, your belief and desire is absolutely essential to realizing your fitness goals.
Most people will never get six pack abs, even when they know how to do it, because they ignore the mental aspect.
For whatever reason, they didn't believe that they could do it, and so of course they didn't! This is the number one reason for failure and that is why I mentioned it first.

Nutrition - Second only to attitude, proper nutrition is even more important than the workouts for getting rid of loose stomach fat.
So many people fail here because they work their tails off in the gym, but don't do much to alter their diets.
It is a big waste of time to work out without feeding your body what it needs to boost metabolism and provide the proper energy and nutrition to maximize time spent in the gym.

Exercise - After developing the proper attitude and feeding your body a nutritious diet, you will learn that the real stomach burning abs workout is probably the complete opposite of what you thought.
Most people focus on doing lots of cardio and tons of situps and crunches.
The truth about abs though, is that a full body resistance workout targeting large muscle groups is much better for burning the fat that is covering up your abs.
