Caffeine and cellulite can actually be used in the same sentence two different ways.
 The first usage suggests that rubbing coffee grounds on areas affected by cellulite or applying a cream that contains caffeine will reduce cellulite.
 The second way caffeine and cellulite can be compared is the idea that consuming caffeine contributes to cellulite formation or hinders it.
 Lets look at each of these theories one at a time.
There are too many cellulite creams to name that contain caffeine in one form or another.
 The theory behind this is that the caffeine tightens the blood vessels.
 In all reality all these creams do is plump up the skin and provide temporary results at the very best, and that is still a stretch.
  It is interesting to note that many creams use caffeine from black and green teas as well as from coffee.
   Another way companies get caffeine into creams is by using CoffeeBerry, which is the fruit from the plant coffee beans come from.
 All in all these products are building off of the hype from the media that applying caffeine to your problem areas will reduce cellulite.
 The truth is that when using caffeine and cellulite in the manner described above you should know that these products rarely produce any results, and if minimal results actually do occur then it is a temporary effect.
The second way caffeine and cellulite can be associated is that caffeine contributes to producing cellulite or hinders its production.
 Evidence supports both sides of the argument.
 Some believe that caffeine stimulates the breakdown of fat cells and increases circulation.
 Others believe that drinking as little as two cups of coffee can increase insulin and cortisol, which is a stress hormone thought to increase the storage of fat.
 It is apparent that the views on caffeine and cellulite clash.
  When you have the desire to get rid of cellulite you are best off playing it safe and cutting caffeine out of your diet.
 If you are in dire need of caffeine to make it through your day you better minimize your intake to the lowest amount that you can tolerate.
While there are two different applications of caffeine and cellulite you should probably stay away from caffeine as the cellulite creams do not work and consuming caffeine can make your cellulite problem even worse.
