Sex is sweet, good, relaxing and offers the soul an emotional healing such that value is added to the concerned party that has a soul connection. However, pre or extra-marital affair offers a similar satisfaction but the aftermath is much more devastating than the earlier joy and feelings of ecstasy.

Sometimes, couples live all their life trying to cope, survive and live with the pain, ridicule and misery of sexual affair, even if, you are offered a free sex; wait a minute, nothing free is actually free.

Someone said I just fell into the sex trap or I didn't know when I did it, no. You blindly walk into the sexual affair with the consciousness of your mind. 1.Undue closeness to the opposite sex:
Our office, job or work environment exposes us to the opposite sex such that they share in our pains and joy. In the process of time, some tend to be closer than others - if the ones that are much closer to you are of the opposite sex; the affection becomes greater i.e. you are looking forward to lunch time with him or her. This is the beginning of a sexual affair, you need to restrain yourself and learn to have lunch by yourself alone or with colleagues of the same gender. Undue closeness to the opposite sex without definition or purpose is the reason many had become victim of sexual affair.

2.Long absence from home:
Long absence from home due to job demands, project jobs or inter-state transfer had created an emotional vacuum coupled with the stress from work pressure, this had put you on a platform whereby subconsciously, you begin to seek for a soul that will douse off the tension via a relaxing and soothing conversion or otherwise.

However, this scenario if it keeps on repeating itself and both parties are of the opposite sex, it is the beginning of another sexual affair while what was not anticipated will eventually happen. 3. Unresolved quarrel:
Quarrel between partners and couples put a strain on the relationship especially if it is a long distance relationship. The communication level tends to drop due to unresolved quarrel and if this is not resolved on time, it creates a vacuum in the long distance relationship which becomes an opening for sexual excitement from another partner.

4. Mechanical sex:
