The perfect system Qigong

101 6
If you have any exposure to Qigong teach me, then you will be aware from perfect. If not, then, let me emphasize that perfect is an acronym that I use to help my students quickly learn the skills and techniques of Qigong. Where:

* P = Perfect
E = Enter a state of mind of qigong (QSoM)
* R = Really heart smile
* F = Form
* E = Energy Flow
C * = Cosmic Balance
Time T * = To complete

A common question I get is where is comes PERFECT. So today I'd like to share sources: THE PERFECT Qigong System - 7 Simple Steps to Mastery Qigong.

The first thing to mention is that the system is PERFECT the way I teach my students Shaolin Qigong. Not the way "official." If you take a course with my teacher, you will not hear him go through seven steps, as I do. So where P.E.R.F.E.C.T. I come from and why use it?

There is something you should know about me. I love systems (preferably those tried and tested). I like things to be done in a structured and systematic. I find it much easier to learn something that is clearly presented, logical and sequential. So when I started learning Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung from my teacher, it seemed that there was clearly distinct stages - from when you started your practice when you're done. This was the seed for P.E.R.F.E.C.T. was planted.

Later, as I taught my students realized that moved from one place to another, as I moved from one stage of Shaolin Qigong for the other. The seed was beginning to grow. I began to be convinced that if I could find an appropriate symbol, then I could really help my students learn the techniques of Shaolin Qigong much faster and as a result, could then concentrate on developing the skills of all relevant.

It was not until I started writing my book "Shaolin Chi Kung" who was born perfect. I was sitting at my desk staring at the wall. On the wall there was a post-it with the word "perfect" about it. I have no idea what he was doing there, but I noticed he had seven letters, and which corresponded to the number of different steps clearly felt he composed a practice session Shaolin Qigong. It took me less than 5 minutes to match the F, P and E. It took me a little more to get the R and it took me even longer to get the T. All that was missing was the C.

'C' drove me crazy! I just could not find a way to do Standing Meditation, Insert Silence, eg Zen or Zen Getting fit with the letter C. And then, while reading one of my excellent teachers and a Q I read the words "Cosmic Balance". I found my C and P.E.R.F.E.C.T. was finally born in all its glory.

Now, please keep in mind that PERFECT is only one vehicle, a tool to aid their learning, nothing more. Let me explain. Let's say you're traveling by car to see his friend. When you arrive at your destination you do not take your car with you. The car did its job and leave it where it is when you no longer need it. The same can be said of P.E.R.F.E.C.T. when you really know how to flow with unconscious competence from one step to the next in their practice of Qigong Shaolin, without having to think about it, so you no longer need PERFECT

Let me give another example of how their practice of Shaolin Qigong progresses. When you start learning, it might take 5 minutes to get a State of Mind Qigong (QSoM). After a short time, if you practice correctly and daily, it will take you less time to introduce a QSoM. Until at some point you will be able to do it in one breath and fully access this higher state of consciousness characterized by being focused and relaxed.

Let me clarify that I teach Qigong is still Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung, as taught to me by my teacher. But I use P.E.R.F.E.C.T. system with my students to accelerate their understanding of the techniques of Chi Kung, so they can spend more time developing the vital skills of qigong and get better results in less time.

I like to think of it as the best of both worlds.
