I grew up in the sixties and was always the chunky kid.
I never will forget one visit to my aunt's house.

I do not think it did anything about my fat, but it certainly was fun.

A machine that you could just plug in would be wonderful.

These may be very tough exercises for you in the beginning.
You will be extremely sore.
Just continue working and they will become easier and the soreness will go away.
