Keep Your Children Safe Online
The present generation of children are growing up in a technological age. Children of all ages can easily access information on virtually anything. They can contact their friends at a click of a button.
They have access to email, text messaging and social media. They spend more and more time absorbed in their 'online worlds'.
Virtually every child, even those that are relatively young, have their own laptop computers, tablets and mobile phones. They are free to download and upload text and picture files at will. However the majority of activity on the internet is completely unpoliced and can be a very dangerous place.
There is in fact very little control on website content or what is passed from individual to individual via the web.
This effectively means that your children could be accessing websites with content that is completely unsuitable for them.
Social media sites are extremely popular with children of all ages. They share all sorts of information with friends. A 'friend list' can often consist of hundreds of people. Some of these friends are from school or college and some are simply people they have 'met online' and they are included as friends because they have similar likes or interests.
Everyone online is not necessarily who they seem to be. You can in fact create virtually any persona you wish online and fabricate all of your personal details quite easily if that is what you want to do. It is quite possible that the individual your child has 'friended' online is in fact not anything like the person they appear to be.
But how do you protect your children from online dangers?
Fortunately more and more children are now using smart phones. They use them not only for making and receiving calls, texts and emails but increasingly for everything they do online.
If your child uses a smart phone it is relatively easy to not only monitor but also record the vast majority of the activity that takes place via the device.
There are a number of software packages that you can obtain quite easily and inexpensively that allows you to monitor and record virtually all of the activity of practically any smart phone. The cell tracker software is loaded onto the target phone in a matter of seconds and is undetectable. This means in effect that you can monitor the device discreetly if you so wish.
In the majority of cases the software is controlled via a 'dashboard' that is activated from a laptop, tablet or another smart phone. The dashboard lists the functions that are available and you simply choose the one you
want to use. The information can then be accessed live or recorded for accessing at a later date. It is that simple.
Knowing what your child is doing online could help to keep them safe and will undoubtedly provide you with peace of mind!
