How to Burn a MP3 to a Music CD
- 1). Insert a blank CD into your computer.
- 2). Open RealPlayer.
- 3). Click the "My Library" button found near the top of RealPlayer.
- 4). Click the "Playlists" option from the left column menu. Click the "New Playlist" option found near the bottom of the left column menu. Give your playlist a name and then click "OK." Click "Yes" when it asks if you'd like to add clips to your playlist now.
- 5). Click the MP3 you'd like to add to a music CD. To select multiple MP3s at one time, click the first MP3 you'd like to add, hold down the "Ctrl" key and select each additional MP3. Once you've made all your selections, let go of the "Ctrl" key. Click "Add to Playlist," and these MP3s will now be added to your playlist. Move the MP3s around until you get your desired order. You can see how long the combined songs are by looking in the bottom right corner of RealPlayer. Remember that this number must be within the available space of your blank CD.
- 6). Click the "CD/DVD" option in the left column menu of RealPlayer.
- 7). Click the "Burn a CD" option that's also found in the left column menu.
- 8). Click the "Add Tracks from My Library" option in the left column menu. Double click the "Playlists" option and double click the playlist you created earlier.
- 9). Click the first song in the playlist, hold down the "Shift" key and then click the last song of the playlist.

Click the "Burn your CD" button in the left column menu and your music CD of MP3s will now be burned. - 1). Insert a blank CD into your computer.
- 2). Open Windows Media Player.
- 3). Click the dropdown menu that is found under the "Burn" button at the top of Windows Media Player. Select "Audio CD." Click the "Burn" button. You'll now see a list called the "Burn List" on the right side of Windows Media Player.
- 4). Click each MP3 you want to add to the CD, and holding down the clicking button on the mouse, drag the MP3 over to the "Burn List" and drop it there by letting go of the clicking button on the mouse. Keep doing this until you've added all the MP3s you want that will fit on your CD. Rearrange the songs as necessary by clicking and dragging the songs to a different spot in the order, until you get the order you want.
- 5). Click the "Start Burn" button that is located at the very bottom of the burn list. Your music CD of MP3s will now be burned.
- 1). Insert a blank CD into your computer.
- 2). Open iTunes.
- 3). Click the "File" menu and choose "New Playlist." Give the playlist a name.
- 4). Click the "Music" option under "Library" at the top of the left column in iTunes. Find the MP3s you want to burn to a music CD. Click each song, and while holding down the clicking button on the mouse, drag the file and drop it (letting go of the clicking button) onto the name of your playlist in the left column menu of iTunes. Do this for each song you'd like to burn onto a CD.
- 5). Click the name of your playlist in the left column. Rearrange the songs in any order you want by clicking the song, holding down the clicking button on the mouse and dropping it at a different spot in the order. Click the "Burn Disc" option in the bottom of iTunes. When a menu pops up, make sure "Audio CD" has been selected and click "Burn." The CD will now burn.
