- 1). Click on the Windows Start button on the main server, which hosts the NetBackup server files. Navigate to the "NetBackup" folder in the WIndows Start menu and click on "NetBackup Administration Console."
- 2). Click on "Help" at the top of the console's window. Then select "License keys."
- 3). Click on "New." Type or copy-and-paste the license key for your new NetBackup agent in the field and click on the "Add" button. NetBackup will automatically add and activate your new agent.
