Coraline

Coraline and her family move to their new house. However, once there, Coraline's parents seem to be greatly distracted by their careers that she feels that she is neglected and unloved by them. One day, out of boredom, Coraline searches and explores their new house. To her surprise, she discovers a hidden door. Inside is a bricked passage way. Adventurous as she is, Coraline crossed it and is led to another world where everything is a more pleasant reflection of her known reality. The versions of her parents there are not that distracted anymore and they give a lot of their attention to her. Something is unusual about the place though. All the creatures there have buttons as eyes. But since coraline is the center of all the creatures' attention, she still thinks that it is still better there. However, when she is asked to stay in that world permanently, she gets afraid and realized that all she sees are just illusions and not real. In order to get back to the real world, she must rely on her strength and courage.

My Bloody Valentine

A drilling accident is caused by Tom Hanniger in his father's mine in the twon of Harmony. The mine collapses, burying six miners alive. When the rescue team arrives, they find only Harry Warden alive, but in coma. The investigators conclude that the other five miners are murdered by Warden so that he could increase his oxygen supply.

Exactly a year later, on Valentine's Day, Harry awakes from his coma in the local hospital, and he kills twenty-two people, including a group of teenagers that are partying in the mine. Harry is shot by the deputy just as Harry is about to kill Tom Hanniger. The survivors of the killing spree are Tom Hanniger, his girlfriend Sarah, their friend Axel Palmer and his girlfriend Irene. When Tom Hanniger's father dies ten years later, he returned to the town of Harmony so that he could sell the Hanniger Mine. Upon reaching the town, he finds out that Sarah is now married to Axel, who is now the town's deputy. On Valentine's Day, a series of killings that are of the same style as that of Harry Warden's started. A lot of people fall victims of the killer's axe as accusations are thrown.
