How to Integrate Views into Web Pages

It is well-known that database records, created according to some specific criterion and made in the form of a table, or simply "Database view" can be easily integrated into your website with the help of MyTaskHelper service. Let's talk about this in details.

For example, you need to create an Online database of goods that are offered to customers on the web-resource page. Every item has its own code. We will try to systemize the data, putting items with the same code into one table. This table should have certain design and functionality, which can be useful for all the people using it. Then we need to place it on any webpage. How can it be done in practice?

1. Enter the system. Here we can see "Record" menu that tells us to create a widget, using different functions (searching, grouping, filtering). For example, let's take "searching" function.

2. Choose this function and enter the data that corresponds to the item code. Find necessary records in "Order code" column. For example, it can be number "0005". Look for all the records with this code. To save all the data in the widget, press "save" button. Now we can say that a view is created and its data with all the items having code "0005" is systemized.

3. We can change the design of this table as we want to integrate it into any site. To do that use "edit" and "Integrate" functions, which will open a necessary application. For example, to change the design of a table you need:

- to enter "edit and build in menu";

- to choose a "database" option;

- to find and choose "design" in this menu;

- choose the necessary variant and press "update".

To integrate the table into your web-resource just copy the iframe code and paste it into the chosen page of a website.

4. There is a possibility to add some data processing functions to your view. You need to:

- enter "edit and build in menu";

- choose a "database" option, "actions" block;

Mark the special fields opposite to the chosen functions. They could be: data grouping, filtering, exporting to Excel.

5. To choose the necessary columns, that will be shown in the table, click on them in "Hide/Show columns" menu in "Database" tab. As a result you will have a table with an original design, containing all the items with code "0005". This table has all the necessary columns and functions for data processing. For example, name, nomenclative number (code), registration date, communication phone number.

You can use your table inside this system or integrate it into any webpage. Thanks to the widget a group of people can work with this table. It could be, for example, managers, who sell items with this code.
