- 1). Open a new Microsoft Word document by double-clicking on the icon on your desktop.
- 2). Click "Insert" on your top toolbar.
- 3). Click the "Picture" button. A menu will appear on your screen with files. Find your image file, and double-click it. It will be inserted into your document.
- 4). Click the middle of the picture so that it is highlighted. You will see small circles on the corners of the image.
- 5). Click the "Format" tab. Then look for the small "Rotate" button. It has a tiny white and a tiny purple triangle on it. Click the down arrow on the button. Click "Flip Vertical." Your image will rotate upside down.
- 6). Press "Control" and "P" to pull up your print menu. Press "OK" to print.
