3.You can also visit the store locations of your competitors to see how they are doing things. If you think that this is too risky, you can hire people to do this for you.

4.Analyze the kinds of products and services that your competitors are making available on the market. You can take notes of how they differ from yours, if they are better or you are. You can apply your findings on your future strategies and planning.
