The Real Secret of How to Get Abs Fast

103 25
A big part of the problem in answering the question of "How to get abs fast" is trying to reduce fat levels significantly enough.
So really, this question should be something like "How do I reduce my belly fat enough for my abs to show?" Belly fat is generally made up of 2 different types of fats: 1.
One called visceral, which is deep-seated and lines the inner organs in the abdominal area, and the other is 2.
Subcutaneous, which lies just below the skin.
Its the latter which causes us the hard work when trying to remove belly fats.
Visceral fats burn quickly in our metabolism, whereas subcutaneous takes a whole-heap more effort! That's the end of the biology lesson! Okay, so how do you get rid of the subcutaneous fat levels to the point that your abs show up nice and sleek? I have to be honest with you here and tell you that it may never happen.
On the other hand, perhaps the main focus to begin with should not be upon getting your abs to look like a six pack, but rather to reduce your belly fat at least to some extent.
Get that down a bit and it then becomes possible to assess whether your six pack is going to show up soon.
You see, because that large layer of fat has probably been hanging around your gut area for some time, (even though you can shift a lot of it and diet), it does not mean that you can also shift the excess skin.
The skin has had to stretch to accommodate the fat tissues, and even though the fat tissues can and will disappear given the right ingredients, the skin will not.
That said, let's briefly discuss one method to tackle the reduction of this subcutaneous fat.
Try out weights.
Nope, I don't mean you have to end up looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Lou Ferrigno (remember the guy who played the Incredible Hulk back in the late '80's?).
In fact, you can take it really easy if you like and just do really light weights.
And guys, please, there is nothing wrong with picking up light weights and doing lots of fast reps with them.
Going to the gym does not mean you have to compete with all the other guys as to how much you can lift in a bench press! If you want to focus on heavier weights then that's fine, just make sure you are careful in using them.
But if you want to do more reps with lighter weights then that's fine too.
Both methods are going to be very helpful in fulfilling your over-all goal, which is to lose your belly fat.
Now, I'm not going to give you a run down here of what particular weight exercises you should do and how many of each.
Space does not permit me to do so.
I much prefer that you focus your thoughts on what's been said if you want to tackle the possibility of how to get abs fast or how to get a honed set of 6 pack abs.
Once you have your goals in place and you know what you really want and you are being realistic with the possibilities, then is the time to start learning about the number of reps or the number of sets.
Its not perhaps so much about the number but rather, it is about pushing yourself hard each time.
This way you will achieve more in a short time and thus gain motivation to continue for longer.
