Office 2007 Macro Tutorial
- 1). Launch an Office 2007 application and enable the "Developer Tab" (Office Button> Word Options> Popular> Show Developer tab in the Ribbon).
- 2). Click on the Developer tab and then select the "Record Macro" option. Enter a name for your macro in the "Macro name" field when the "Record Macro" menu appears.
- 3). Enter a trigger key for your macro into the field next to the "Ctrl+" heading--you can use any number, letter or symbol on your keyboard. Your macro will be triggered when you hold the "Ctrl" key along with the selected trigger key.
- 4). Click "OK" to begin recording the chain of commands for your macro. After you've recorded your macro, return to the Developer tab and click on the "Stop Recording" option.
