- 1). Sweep or vacuum the area where the tree sap is stuck to the Pergo flooring to remove all dust and dirt.
- 2). Pour 1 tsp. of acetone onto a soft, lint-free cloth.
- 3). Rub the spot of sap with the acetone-soaked cloth, using a vigorous back-and-forth motion. The acetone will dissolve the tree sap.
- 4). Clean the area with Pergo cleaner to remove all acetone residue from your floor.
