View original lighting documentation from four Broadway stage productions: "Chorus Line," "Hair," "Sunday in the Park with George" and "Fall River Legend." The collection includes the actual focus charts, cue sheets, plots and more for each production for use as study and educational tools for students and lighting designers. The database is funded by the New York State Council for the Arts. Access to the database is free.

Focused on educating the student stage designer, the website provides basic lighting direction for both students and teachers. Included is information on color mixing, electrical formulas, fixtures, lenses and lighting angles. The information for students and lighting teachers provided allows them to learn more about the lighting design process, the functions of stage lighting and advice about the use of lighting documentation and paperwork.
