Boarding Regulations for British Airlines
- All passengers may carry two bags with them on the aircraft. One must fit in the overhead bin and the other under the seat in front of you. Although there are no weight limits for these items, you must be able to lift them into the overhead bins unaided.
- All passengers must present a boarding card with a seat assignment in order to board the flight. You must sit in the seat assigned to you unless a flight attendant gives permission for passengers to spread themselves throughout the cabin.
- Besides airport security checks, your hand baggage and your person may be inspected at the gate before you board your British Airways flight. Prepare to cooperate with these procedures prior to boarding the aircraft.
