- 2). Click "Software & Driver Downloads."
- 3). Click "Microsoft Windows XP," then click "Next."
- 4). Click "Driver - Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices" to open a list of available drivers.
- 5). Click the "Download" button next to "HP Multimedia Keyboard/Mouse Driver Update."
- 6). Save the file when prompted and double click it (once it's saved) to start the installer. Follow any instructions given to you. Once the drivers have been installed, the multimedia keys on your keyboard will work.
