This is a hilarious book for anyone who has ever willed a child to sleep, be that a tiny baby or a rowdy toddler. It's a great book to give as a gift to help lighten the mood, particularly for new parents.

Obviously Go the F**k to Sleep is not a book for children or babies. But it is written by a dad, who in the depths of his despair at trying to get his kid to sleep made a joke on Facebook. From there the idea took off and became the sensation that it is today.

Go the F**k to Sleep Looks like a children's book from the drawings or babies and children with animals or enjoying beautiful landscapes. The rhyming can trick some one as well, but every verse, and I do mean ever one, has at least one f bomb. There are a few other naughty words thrown in to boot as well. But the hilarity of the words and the story that springs to mind, many a parent can relate to the feelings and emotions brought forward.

While this book won't make your baby sleep through the night, or your toddler calmly lie down at bed time, it will cause you to laugh about the situation. And laughter reduces stress and stress reduction leads to better sleep...
