  It does not take a lot of work to find affordable vacation packages for Florida--just a bit of research and comparisons to get the best deals. For decent prices on flights, try bargain websites such as Priceline or Expedia. You can also book packages that include a hotel and car, or book these individually if you find a better deal.
  
  

Miami Beach

• Miami Beach is known for the energetic clubs and palm trees lining the coast. But it is possible to find affordable places to stay there; choose a small hotel located on Washington and Collins Avenues, between 10th and 15th streets. Or go to one of the beaches further north from South Beach, and choose a hotel there. Inexpensive places to eat include New Café and Big Pink.
  
  

Daytona Beach

• The home of Spring Break and the Daytona 500 is, like much of the Florida coast, more affordable in the fall. If you can travel in the off-season, you can save money on the more expensive hotels here, including The Shores Resort & Spa. Unfortunately the fall is also hurricane season, so if you travel there during this time make sure that you review the hotel's cancellation policy before booking, and purchase travel insurance. If you decide to go during the summer or spring instead, you can save money by booking at a hotel away from the beaches in Daytona, like the Hampton Inn Titusville.
  
  

Walt Disney World

• One of the most popular destinations for families traveling to Florida is Walt Disney World. While there are many budget hotels surrounding the complex, there are a number of hotels available built by the amusement park on-site that cater to all budget levels. Also, Walt Disney World's website frequently provides discounts on many of its services, including savings on rooms, dining plans and tickets to the park.
  
  

Destin

• Destin may not get as much buzz as its counterparts, but that is not a bad thing. This section of the Panhandle stretches for 100 miles, and has nearby golf resorts. One of these resorts is the Sandestin, which has reasonable starting rates. It also accommodates families by providing ice skating, beach and water sports and zip lining. For couples, romantic vacation packages are offered that include accommodations, dinner, couple massages and champagne with chocolate-covered strawberries being sent to your room. This is in addition to enjoying walks on the white sands of Destin's beach.
