Checklist of Going to the Gym
Other than just boosting your confidence and making you look better, working out regularly will protect you from chronic diseases and help you in your everyday life.
Unfortunately not a lot of people ever get started on going to the gym regularly and working out, mostly because they simply don't know the exact steps to take and how to know if they are on the right track or not.
In this article I have created a checklist you can go through in order to make sure you are on the right track and are getting closer to reaching your goals.
Here is the check list: I have made sure that I have clear, definite and concrete goals for what I am trying to achieve in the gym.
I have made sure that I will be going to the gym regularly in order to build momentum; I will go to the gym at least a couple of days a week.
I am absolutely committed to the process and will not stop as soon as I meet a barrier, actually, I won't stop until I have reached all of my goals.
I will make sure that my goals are set high enough in order to push me, but are realistic enough that I won't lose all motivation immediately because I think that these goals are absolutely impossible to achieve.
I realize that going to the gym is something I should appreciate and enjoy.
Going to the gym is a privilege.
No one has forces me to go to the gym on a regular basis and workout; I have chosen to do this myself.
Therefore I will get the most out of my time every single time I am down there and push myself as hard and as long as I can.
I know that I will succeed in my endeavor as long as I stay positive and follow my action plan on a consistent basis.
Therefore I won't let doubt creep into my mind and keep me from working out on a regular basis.
If you go through this checklist and can say yes to all the different steps, you know that you are well on your way to getting your ideal body.
