Keeping it Simple

Being a home-grown collectible without the financial and industrial backing of a major toy manufacturer, the WCV kept the packaging simple; the classic bag stapled to a peg-card. And really, that's all this specific exclusive needed. We (collectors, I mean) weren't worried about fancy bubbles and stunning card graphics; We wanted the figure, plain and simple.

Besides, there was something charming about the simple packaging.
