- 1). Identify the light switch on the YTH1542 by sitting in the driver's seat and looking at the right side of the instrument panel behind the steering wheel. The order of instruments from top down is "Attachment Clutch Switch," Lights" and "Hour Meter."
- 2). Rotate the light switch clockwise to turn on the headlights. Turn the switch counterclockwise to turn them off.
- 3). Replace the bulb if the headlights won't come on. Raise the hood and pull the bulb holder out of the hole in the back of the grill. Replace the bulb in the holder and push the bulb holder carefully back into the hole in the rear of the grill. Close the hood.
