How to Customize an iPhone Application
- 1). Turn on your iPhone.
- 2). Tap the "Settings" icon.
- 3). Scroll down until you reach the third block of menu icons. These are the configuration utilities for the majority of the applications installed on your iPhone. Tap on the menu listing for your application to enter its specific "Settings" menu. You can configure any aspect of the application that the developer will allow, including which applications make which sounds and which use "Push" notifications.
- 4). Press the "Home" key to return to the main iPhone menu.
- 5). Tap on an application's icon to open it. If your app did not have a listing under the iPhone's "Settings" application, you can still configure it through the main menu that appears when you open the app itself.
- 6). Tap the "Settings" or "Preferences" menu listing (what this is called will be different depending on the application) to enter your app's configuration menu.
