How to Reduce Abdominal Fat
Another fact that you should be serious enough is, what you eat and how much you eat. there are people who are struggling with so many diseases, imagine fruit eating birds, they don't have problems with body and health, some animals such as monkeys,they too stay fit in the jungle, then why do humans have problems with body and health, the reason is that,the so called birds and monkeys they select food to eat which are natural fruits and they prefer small quantity of food at a time because of the abdominal space they have got, imagine do we select the food which are healthy? Do we eat how much we want to eat? I would say no to both questions, this is where we make problems. We should choose the food that are so healthy and eat little to stay fit.
Just imagine our body is like a machine which crushes what we eat and separates the vitamins and minerals from the meals to all parts of the body, the whole process may take several hours, what would happen if you ate hard meals in the night before you are going to sleep the entire meals will remain as fat when we don't move or make your body parts exercise. Just remember you are the 1st person to care about yourself, we are all put in this earth to live let's innovate something to stay fit to proceed our date to date life activities.
