What Are Traditional Origami Models?
Traditional origami models do not involve cutting the paper and do not need glue or tape to hold them together.
However, some traditional origami models can be made sturdier through the use of a small amount of adhesive.
Most traditional origami models use a recognized base form as a starting point for the finished project. Base forms, like the kite base or square base, are often called the building blocks of origami because knowing how to easily form these bases makes it much easier to learn more advanced models.
