Bees wax, of course, is made by honey bees. But it does not exist in the clean, pure and refined format at that time. Neither is the process of production very simple. Honey bees visit perhaps many thousands of flowers every day. This makes them secrete a wax out of their own bodies. They then collect this wax and use it for various purposes such as strengthening the structure of the hive itself and for making the parts of the hive where the young are stored since the wax is soft and therefore safe for the tender bodies of the young. The wax at that time is not at all pure, transparent and clear. In the initial stages, it is seen as dense, brownish, yellowish and sometimes white. Sometimes the wax is completely black as well.
