Each exercise you do is monitored thereby providing feedback as it happens, no need to wait for any updates.

Wii Fit can easily and effortlessly be used any time in your busy day or night, and of course, you don't have to commit to long exercise sessions. This is most definitely a game, but it's a game which is fun, gets you off your butt, and if used correctly can make you slimmer and healthier particularly if you're eating good whole foods, fruit and vegetables.
