Don't Do Cardio! If you want to know how to build muscle quickly, the first thing you're going to have to do is cut out any form of cardio from your regimen.
Cardio burns calories and we want to maintain a caloric surplus so we can put on weight, the two just don't go together! Now you may say "Ya, but I heard Arnold used to do cardio", well forget what they are doing, a lot of the pro-bodybuilders are taking some form of steroid so they can get away with that.
Again, if you're serious about building muscle fast, cut out the cardio.

Up Your Calories If you want to build muscle fast, you're going to need to get enough food in.
I'm talking of a caloric surplus of upwards of 1,000 calories a day.
Normally for clean bulking, it would be 500, but if you want to get big fast, up it to 1,000 or even 1,500.
By the way, the way you find out your maintenance caloric intake is by taking your bodyweight and multiplying it by 15.
Once you find that number, eat 1,000 or 1,500 calories over that number each day.
Use weight gain shakes if you have to, one in the morning and one after your workout.
Now if you're serious about learning how to build muscle quickly, this is obviously not going to be enough information for you.
You need a solid diet and training regimen or you're just not going to see much progress.
