Lindsay visits Rex's apartment with artwork, and she wants to know why Jen is there. Jen says that she lost her wedding ring and thought Rex may have found it at Ultra Violet.
Rex plays along, but Lindsay looks at them suspiciously. After Jen leaves, Lindsay asks if Jen is okay, but Rex tells her that Jen's not okay because she picked the wrong guy. Lindsay agrees that Jen keeps coming back to Rex, but that doesn't mean he's good for her. She says that if he cares about her that much, he would give her space for her marriage. He says that he would do anything for Jen, and Lindsay realizes that he truly loves her.
Blair tells Kevin that his fever worries her. She remembers him telling her that he wants to spend the rest of his life with her, but she keeps quiet and tells him that he was only rambling. Blair can't believe that Kelly had an affair. Kevin says that he and Kelly were never happy together because they always felt guilty about what they did to Joey. Kelly just puts energy into their marriage like it's one of her charity causes.
Walker leaves Viki and Dorian alone so that he can try starting his car. When he leaves, a man in prison garb awakens Dorian and Viki.
He starts to shoot Dorian, but Walker returns and knocks him down from behind. Walker tells him that they will go back to the car, and the man will show them to the nearest town. However, Dorian accidentally steps on Viki, which causes a distraction, and the man grabs the gun from Walker when Viki yells. He leaves with Walker.
As the Buchanan family waits for word on Kevin and Viki, Joey tells Jessica that he and Jen argued again because she lost her wedding ring. Jess tells Nat that John found a ring in the hotel room where Karen died. Natalie sees a picture of Karen in the paper and tells Jessica that she saw Jen leave Ultra Violet with Karen. Later, she tells John McBain. Bo thinks it's time to tell Asa about Matthew.
At the diner, Andrew tells River that he only thinks he loves Adriana. However, Andrew offers to help him somehow if River will first helps with Thanksgiving at the community center. Al begins a letter to Marcie. He tells himself that Luna told him that he couldn't say anything to Marcie, but she never told him that he couldn't write it.
Jen tells Joey that she was planning a surprise party for him. He tells her that he was a jerk and never should have listened to anyone else. She says that Natalie hates her, but Joey tells her that Natalie just doesn't know her the way that he does. John McBain calls Jen and says that he needs her to come answer questions about the murder of Karen Reeder. However, Jen lies to Joey and says that someone found her ring, and she needs to go get it.
Riley wants Flash to try Llanview University. She says she'll check it out, because she knows that she would miss him if she went on tour without him. Riley says that he doesn't enjoy the music anymore, because they don't even own the copyright. He doesn't want to turn into his dad, always trying to get ahead of everyone. He just wants to enjoy the music.
Walker returns to the cave. He had wrestled the gun away from the prisoner, but the gun fell, and the convict escaped in Walker's car. Dorian blames him for losing their only transportation. He leaves again to follow the tire tracks and find some help. Dorian and Viki continue to bicker. Dorian wants to know how Viki always comes out on top. Viki says that she doesn't try to manipulate people's lives like Dorian does.
