About 15 minutes a day can make your skin healthy which again will make you feel good about your body.
This in turn will again put you in a good mood.

Sleep - It is vitally important for your body to recharge itself so you feel good about everything.
A good way for this to happen is to make sure you get enough sleep.
It is common knowledge that a tired body makes you feel lousy and in return will make even the smallest matter seem a massive problem.

Keep a journal - By keeping a daily log of the things you do, it can help you to record anything that trigger's a bad mood.
This way you can learn to avoid these situations and prevent your bad moods from occurring.

Friends - Do not shun the world.
By going out with friends and taking part in their activities you will feel good instead of always being alone with your thoughts.

Herbal cures - St.
John's wort is a popular herbal remedy for illnesses such as depression and has been proven to quite effective.
It is quite easily found both online and at many local stores.

Research the subject - The internet is riddled with sites about depression.
By researching these sites you can draw on other people's experiences of depression.
